Cheryl R gave you best advice you are going to get. Although Carnegie Hall may be far beyond your goals (as it is mine), below is a short anecdote stressing the importance of practice.
A venerable legend has become part of the folklore of the hall: A New Yorker (or in some versions Arthur Rubenstein) is approached in the street near Carnegie Hall, and asked, “Pardon me sir, but how do I get to Carnegie Hall?” He replies, “Practice, practice, practice.”

If you just want to learn quickly, the Esteban DVD will work for you.
But if you really want to learn how to play, its a lifetime process.

Everybody wants something now now now. There’s always these questions about learning the guitar fast. You can do it fast, or do it right. Playing well takes practice, practice, practice – sometimes YEARS (gasp!!).
