Is he capable of doing what zappa and hendrix did? Yes. If you’re talking about the magical “feeling” quality that people love to quote in order to defend their guitarists, then I can’t say he necessarily has that.
But yes. As far as playing ability, he is probably capable of playing more complex passages than hendrix.

AKA: I can’t explain how he’s so much better than the guitarists that I like, so I’ll claim that they are better due to some secret, entirely subjective criteria that is decided by me.
This is roughly synonomous to someone smoking for 20 years then developing cancer and blaming random people for not stopping him from smoking.
In short, shut the fuck up and stop expecting us to care about your opinion when you clearly are forcing yourself to watch a video you don’t like.
