OH HE WENT!!!
June 29th, 2010 at 11:10 am
Saw him BB KING and Buddy at the Beacon. kid is 9 now and BETTER!! It’s hard not to be jealous but the degree of jealousy is minor. I think what people want to think is you need a lifetime of trouble to play the blues. Also, we are at so many kid things, we want Adult swim time.

June 29th, 2010 at 12:15 pm
Oh. They go to music school or smth like that. Then play in orchestra? I dont know. But not everybody want to play in band.
June 29th, 2010 at 12:22 pm
Great! I always wonder what happens to these kids. You never hear from them again…
June 29th, 2010 at 1:21 pm
Lucky SOB, playing with Buddy Guy…..the kid shreds man
June 29th, 2010 at 2:03 pm
Sorry, meant that as a reply to rokrol. I saw him in Boston yesterday — certainly heard no one calling for him to get off the stage; instead, while BB King’s people were setting up, everyone was trying to figure out who he was. Great show. Great performance. And the kid’s more than a technician, which counts for a lot.
June 29th, 2010 at 2:21 pm
Amen. And this video’s a couple years old — he’s gotten -really- good now. One to watch.
Just, for the love of God, you don’t want to play his one track on his MySpace page — awful vocals. Dunno if they’re his. But the kid can play.
June 29th, 2010 at 2:36 pm
I was there too right up front and I don’t remember anybody tellin him to get off the stage.. whether you like him or not he’s probably gonna be the future of the blues. He has buddy’s blessing.

to suspiria01:
you must not have watched the same show I did…
I think standing ovations during Buddy’s and BB’s set means that the audience enjoyed the kid….
Judging by the reaction of BB and Buddy (whose opinion is probably a bit more reliable than a 20 year old jealous guy ), I would say that the kid has genuine skills.
June 29th, 2010 at 4:25 pm
lol buddy in the back going OMFG! AMAZING! kid has serious talent.
June 29th, 2010 at 4:28 pm
wow….was he really that bad? doesent seem like it =/ poor kid.
June 29th, 2010 at 4:44 pm
Saw this guy with BB and Buddy last night. He stayed for about 3 songs and was annoying as hell.
People started yelling for him to get off stage.
June 29th, 2010 at 5:08 pm
